The goal of our work is the satisfaction of employees and customers. We achieve this goal by means of open communication; we do not rewrite candidate profiles, nor do we sugar-coat vacant positions.
We discuss nothing but facts with customers and employees. Our adherence to this policy creates a balance of information which makes an unbiased assessment possible for everyone involved. By doing so, we generate satisfaction and loyalty which are documented in our success. Moreover, we do not make a secret of the rates we charge our customers with respect to our employees — so they see themselves as our partners and do not have the feeling that they are being exploited.
